At Gap Year NZ Ltd we are dedicated to keeping our fees to a minimum without compromising our service to you.
All fees are payable in New Zealand dollars
* Application fee (non-refundable): NZ$ 75
** Placement Fee: NZ$ 1,500
* all fees exclude any applicable bank charges
* The Placement Fee is payable in full at time of accepting the placement. If you are unable to fulfill your placement prior to travel a refund maybe given under exceptional circumstances and is at the discretion of the directors of Gap Year NZ Ltd.
We at Gap Year NZ Ltd believe that you need to have an estimate of the initial costs associated prior to departure.
The fees due for Gap Year NZ Ltd are for our service to you in assessing your application, arranging a placement for you and the pastoral care services that are provided during your time away.
All Gap Year NZ Ltd fees are payable in NZD and can be transferred using internet banking facilities please contact us if you wish to use this payment method or a cheque drawn in New Zealand dollars. Please note that we do not have credit card facilities.

The following is an approximate guide to recommended third party service fees that you will be responsible for arranging and are subject to adjustment at the discretion of those parties:
AON Insurance (Medical & Travel): NZ$ 375 - 830
UK Visa: NZ$ 338
Air Travel: NZ$2,700 - 3,000
Police Check: No-charge
All third party fees are payable to those parties directly.
